> Satoshi Partners is the founder-to-founder layer above Satoshi Services. Six Bitcoin company founders carrying the warmest doors of all — exchanges, custody, hardware, lending, infrastructure — making introductions that move on the merit of personal trust between operators. Performance-only compensation; introductions converted via Satoshi Services' creator and events infrastructure.

The thesis: Bitcoin is a large, global, trusted network — and the founders inside it support each other for the benefit of the network. David Senior is already connected across that network. Satoshi Services was built to help Bitcoin companies grow through the Bitcoin event and creator network. Satoshi Partners is the layer above — founder to founder, the warmest doors of all.

## What the partners do

- Open founder-level doors at Bitcoin companies actively investing in growth — exchanges, custody, hardware, lending, infrastructure — and at marketing leaders, brand and BD seats, and partners at Bitcoin/orange-pill venture funds.
- Take a revenue share on partnerships their introductions originate. Year-one default: 50% of Satoshi Services' 21% commercial. Commission or equity considered case by case. No standard contract — terms agreed at engagement.

## What partners receive in return

- Membership of a peer group of six founder-partners plus David Senior.
- The annual dinner — six partners plus David, London-based (rotated discreetly).
- Cap-table participation on partnerships the partner originates, structured case by case. Performance is the floor; equity, the ceiling.
- Reciprocal introductions through the SS address book when the partner needs a warm door.
- Speaking and writing slots at SS events for partners who want public visibility (decline freely if the work is better done quietly).
